Below you will find a summary of frequently asked questions about the payment methods we offer in our online shop. Should your question not be answered here, please reach out to us by phone or email.

Which payment methods do you offer?

In The Netherlands we offer the following payment methods:

  • IDEAL
  • Credit card (Mastercard, VISA and AMEX)
  • Klarna (post-pay)
  • Paypal

  • There is no extra charge for any of the payment methods. All payment methods are limited to a maximum order of 6 items.

    Do you offer post-pay?

    We offer post-pay through Klarna. There are no extra costs involved with this payment method. You will have to complete the payment within 14 days of receiving your order. Should the order be returned to us within this 14 day period the transaction is automatically cancelled and no payment is due. Please note: it is important that you consider shipping and processing times. This usually takes a few days. If you haven’t received a return confirmation within 14 days, please reach out to Klarna and request deferment of payment. Deferment is free and prevents reminder fees.     Why is there an error message when trying to pay through Klarna?

    Before Klarna accepts a transaction, a credit check is applied. Based on this check, Klarna decides whether you are eligible for paying through Klarna, and what the maximum amount of the order can be. To do this check, Klarna requests you to enter your date of birth and your phone number. To make sure Klarna’s process works correctly, please fill out your name, address and date of birth accurately. Floris van Bommel is in no way involved in the credit check, payment process or data processing by Klarna. For questions surrounding Klarna’s services or declining a request, please reach out to Klarna (020-8082852) or use their online customer support.

    How do I pay with a gift card or coupon code?

    Enter the code on your gift card in the ‘shopping cart’. In the overview of your ‘shopping cart’, below the image of the selected item, is a box that says ‘Giftcard / coupon code’ in blue letters. Enter the code here, and click ‘apply’. The coupon code will be immediately applied and the overview on the right will show the balance from applying the coupon code to the total order price. After this, just follow the normal payment and shipping steps.


    Please note! Should the balance after applying the coupon come to 0 Euros, we still have to charge 0.50 Euro. Our online shop can only confirm an order if the payment provider sends us the signal that payment has been completed. Since payment providers can’t process an amount of 0 Euros, we use the smallest amount that they can process: 0.50 Euro. We are bound to this process for security reasons.
