The Van Bommel shoe factory still produces a substantial part of its shoes in its own production facility in Moergestel in the Netherlands. This location specialises in the production of the Goodyear and Blake styles. Other styles are made in factories in Portugal, Spain and Italy. On the map below, you will find all shoe production sites and sewing factories that Van Bommel will be working with.

Part of the production, such as the uppers, is carried out by long-term partners in Tunisia. In terms of volume, this is less than 10% of Van Bommel's total production volume. The sewing factories in Tunisia adhere to the Code of Conduct developed by Van Bommel (see Code of Conduct section). Van Bommel has established a long-standing relationship with both embroideries. Dutch quality inspectors and sewing masters regularly visit and audit the sewing factories. The sewing factories only work with materials that are purchased by Van Bommel itself.
